Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority (LRWRA) exists to serve our community by protecting public health and the environment while leading the industry by reclaiming water for a more sustainable tomorrow.

The initial leadership series presentation on February 28th at 9 AM to 10:15 AM CST will cover the following topics:

Module 1: Effective Communication

Module 2: Emerging Leadership

Module 3: Mentorship Goal Setting

This leadership series, which can be taken as individual courses or as a series, will teach skills needed to emerge as a leader within the organization.

URA Resource Center, LLC provides the Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority with non-credit education business, leadership, and management curriculum programs designed to strengthen the departmental leaders, managers, administrators and the organization overall.

Strong leadership and management skills are essential to the success in all departments and our programs are designed to build and sharpen these skills through a variety of offerings.
