My name is LaTonya Bynum.
As an undergraduate student, I attended the University of Central Arkansas where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education with an emphasis in Community Health and Spanish.
As a graduate student, I attended the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Fay W. Boozman College of Public Health where I earned my Masters of Public Health with an emphasis in Health Policy and Management.
The goal of this student page is to share some tools, tips and resources that I wish I had known early on in my career as a public health student and emerging leader.
I have over 20+ years of combined experience in retail sales, public health and health information technology.

If I knew then what I know now about school, I would have connected more with my professors and scheduled monthly office visits with them to understand ways I could help them and how they could help me to master the material by finding ways to apply what I was learning. I definitely would have used each assignment as an opportunity to connect with local, state and national agencies who I could work with to get the assignment completed for a win-win.

U.R.A. Resource Center, LLC, a public health consulting firm, established in January of 2017 is headquartered in Conway, Arkansas. The firm specializes in creative/technical writing, public speaking, and research/data analysis product and service offerings. The mission of the practice is to Utilize Research for Access in improving the health status and quality of life of all mankind. There are eight core programs for the URA Resource Center, LLC founder and team.
